After years of seeing small businesses struggle to grow their online presence (and wasting way too much time wondering if \u201cposting consistently\u201d was their secret weapon), I decided to do something about it. Armed with a First-Class Degree in Film, TV, and Digital Production, I\u2019ve spent years perfecting my creative skills\u2014whether it was running our production team\u2019s social media accounts, helping well known chains create marketing campaigns for their upcoming events, or growing my own travel company. Let\u2019s just say, I\u2019ve had a lot of practice turning ideas into results!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social media is more than just pretty pictures and catchy captions (although I\u2019m pretty good at those too). It\u2019s about building relationships, fostering trust, and creating communities that feel like home for your ideal clients. That\u2019s the heart of Rose & Reach. My goal is to help small businesses tell their stories authentically, connect with the right people, and achieve real growth (and have a bit of fun along the way).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I\u2019m not working, you\u2019ll usually find me doing one of three things: eating, planning my next holiday, or actually being on holiday. I\u2019m a massive foodie and travel addict, so if you ever want to chat about your favorite cuisine or the best hidden Jems<\/em> \ud83d\ude09 abroad, I\u2019m all ears. Oh, and I can do the worm\u2014don\u2019t ask how I discovered this, but it\u2019s probably my greatest party trick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the day, nothing makes me happier than seeing businesses thrive. There\u2019s something so rewarding about helping someone go from overwhelmed by social media to absolutely flourishing online.
