Hi, I’m Jemma (Jemma Rose), the founder of Rose & Reach Socials!
After years of seeing small businesses struggle to grow their online presence (and wasting way too much time wondering if “posting consistently” was their secret weapon), I decided to do something about it. Armed with a First-Class Degree in Film, TV, and Digital Production, I’ve spent years perfecting my creative skills—whether it was running our production team’s social media accounts, helping well known chains create marketing campaigns for their upcoming events, or growing my own travel company. Let’s just say, I’ve had a lot of practice turning ideas into results!
Social media is more than just pretty pictures and catchy captions (although I’m pretty good at those too). It’s about building relationships, fostering trust, and creating communities that feel like home for your ideal clients. That’s the heart of Rose & Reach. My goal is to help small businesses tell their stories authentically, connect with the right people, and achieve real growth (and have a bit of fun along the way).
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me doing one of three things: eating, planning my next holiday, or actually being on holiday. I’m a massive foodie and travel addict, so if you ever want to chat about your favorite cuisine or the best hidden Jems 😉 abroad, I’m all ears. Oh, and I can do the worm—don’t ask how I discovered this, but it’s probably my greatest party trick.
